These terms form an agreement between you and T’su Chu Fitness LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or continuing to use the T’su Chu FITNESS website and app (the “Service”), you agree to these terms.

The Service

T’su Chu FITNESS provides football-inspired movement lessons, AI-assisted practice plans, progress tracking, and in-app points and credentials. Points and credentials have no cash value and are not cryptocurrency or financial instruments.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age to subscribe, or have a parent or guardian subscribe and supervise. Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Health and safety

Content is general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Move within a comfortable range, stop if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort, and consult a qualified professional about injuries or health conditions. Children should practice with adult supervision.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (including malware, probing, scraping, or attempting to manipulate points or credentials).

Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. We retain all rights in the Service, including software, lessons, videos, artwork and branding. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your account data may be deleted after a reasonable period; contact us to request an export.
