01. The Pass

Plant · Sweep · Return

  1. 1.Plant one foot and soften your knees.
  2. 2.Sweep your other foot across your body in a controlled passing motion.
  3. 3.Return to your starting stance. Alternate sides.

Make it your movement

Keep the supporting knee soft. Use a low, controlled sweep; reduce the range if your hips or knees feel strained.

Choose by comfort and ability, not age alone. Clear your space and start slowly. Stop for pain, dizziness, or chest discomfort; seek urgent medical help for chest pain or severe symptoms. Ask a qualified professional about injuries or health concerns. Illustrations are not a substitute for individual form assessment.

No ball needed. Alternate sides. Stop if you feel pain. Session progress is not saved.

A movement born
to bring us together.

In June 2011, Kerceus André created the T’su Chu concept alongside Kersha, Kelisha, and David Andre. Today, that family vision is a celebration of movement, discipline, and possibility.
